Designed and implemented intensive teacher training workshops funded by a grant from the Embassy of the United States for elementary, junior and senior high school English teachers in the national school system. Focus is implementing MEXT guidelines and communicative language teaching methods. My role has been conducting several 2-hour training sessions on different topics in addition to observing and mentoring teachers' practice micro-teaching.
