Since I had been worked for multinational companies about 10 years, I am interested in the practical study of human development and organizational learning for the sake of sustainable development of organizations and communities as well as human well being. My research areas are as follows;1. International research and development regarding the theories and the practices of organizational learning, in particular, P. Senge's "Learning Organization". 2. International research on lifelong professional development based on the practical theory of "reflective practice". 3. Practical research on leadership and organizational learning in work places. In particular, I am interested in the following key words; knowledge management, corporate social responsibility, innovation, competence and so on. 4. Practical research on adult and community education. In particular, I am interested in the practices to create and organize learning communities.
