As the faculty member responsible for the Department of English Language Education Study Abroad Program to the University of Oregon, I held the Pre-Departure Seminar. I was involved in administrative and organizational correspondence with the University of Oregon, as well as in supervising all aspects of the preparations toward the students' study abroad period, including visa application, accommodation application, academic records transfers, logistics in situ, advertising and introducing the program to our Tamagawa students and their families / guarators, interfacing with the Japanese travel agency and insurance company involved in the program, etc.  I was also responsible for organizing and setting up the display of the all the students currently abroad on this Study Abroad Program at the Cosmos Fair.
