- Currently working for Tamagawa University as a Professor, I lecture on International Development and International Cooperation for Agricultural Development. Besides teaching at the university, I have been engaging the science and technology diplomacy program promoted by Japanese government, and also supporting the efforts made by Japanese Companies and other actors to develop internationally competitive personnel as a development practitioner with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forest, JAPAN (MAFF). The current assignment with responsibilities for mainly Philippines, India, and the past was Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda.
