PROFILE

• Worked as a freelancer (illustrator, animator) after working at FILM LLP (now FILM Co., Ltd.). After that, I worked as a training instructor at Shizuoka University of Art and Culture and a specially appointed lecturer at Tokyo Gakugei University before taking up his current position in 2023. In order to utilize visual media expression in education, I conduct practical research through production and workshops centered on animation expression. A member of the Japan Animation Association (JAA).

Educational innovation, text books and other matters worth mentioning

• 2023　授業「芸術概論」：「イメージにおける伝達と解釈」をテーマとした、1年生を対象としたビジュアルリテラシーを扱う内容で構成した。受講生らからは、図像も言葉と同様に人に快・不快を与えるものであるという認識から、その制作や発信について再考する意見が多く示された。　
• 2023　授業「映像ﾒﾃﾞｨｱ表現 I・II」：「映像ﾒﾃﾞｨｱ表現 I」では、Illustrator、Photoshop、After Effect を中心として、画像生成における文字と図像の扱いについて実践的な演習を行った。「映像ﾒﾃﾞｨｱ表現 II」では、それらを基盤として、自己発出型のアプローチでアニメーション制作を進めている。受講生によるオムニバス作品、及び選抜作品については、来年度のインター・カレッジ・アニメーション・フェステイバル（ICAF）にて推薦・上映し、他大学で映像を学ぶ学生たちとの作品を介したコミュニケーションへ展開を図る予定である。　
• 2023　「ｱｰﾄ･ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝ研究 I・Ⅱ」：フレームワークから自身の目的を見つめ、視覚メディア表現によって個々の探究テーマへアプローチする形で制作を行なっている。「ｱｰﾄ･ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝ研究 I」では、自身のテーマに基づく制作スタイルへの戸惑いや、アイデアに対して具現化する表現スピードの齟齬が見受けられた。しかし、コスモス祭での作品展示（11/11-12）を経て作品メディアを介したコミュニケーションの感触を獲得し、「ｱｰﾄ･ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝ研究 II」ではそれらを各自で克服し、より主体的に制作を進めている。　
• 2023　授業「地域創生ﾌﾟﾛｼﾞｪｸﾄ C・D」：地域での展示・ワークショップを計画するにあたり、展示空間の計画やワークショップの形式について講義を行った。来年度は、学生たちが授業内で試作する時間と、具体化するための制作時間をより確保できるようしていく予定である。　
• 2023　授業「共創芸術ﾌﾟﾛｼﾞｪｸﾄ B」：グラフィックデザイン、アニメーション制作の観点から、ポスター制作やミラーサイネージ内のアニメーション映像制作について、作例を示しながら具体的な指導を行った。学生たちにとっては、メディアとその周囲の空間に思考を巡らせ、チームの他者・クライアント・鑑賞する市民など、それぞれの視点を俯瞰して考えながら具体化を図る機会となった。
