This research seeks to advance quantum communication theory founded on the control of quantum noise and to establish a theoretical framework for applying macroscopic quantum phenomena in quantum optics, including coherent and squeezed states of light, to modern information and communication technologies. The ultimate goal is to explore the potential of these phenomena to enable performance beyond that of conventional technologies and to provide novel functionalities. In parallel, the research aims to foster the synergistic development of experimental and theoretical quantum information science through theory-driven approaches.
