Accounts System Based on Bread Image Recognition

|
In this paper, we proposed a bread recognition method based on r-θ histogram. This method is invariant for the location shift and rotation of object. It is also applicable for the size difference. It was confirmed that the r-θ histogram method is one of the useful ones for the bread recognition.
