Together with Prof. Rowland, I was responsible for the organization of the annual visit of the group of visiting students from Evergreen College (US). My responsibilities included correspondence with the Evergreen College professor in charge of the program; organization of study, research, and extracurricular activities fro the visiting students; supervision and advisory role during the period of stay of the visiting students; interfacing with various Tamagawa administrative offices. My duties also included the advertisement of this exchange program amongst the students in the Department of English Language Education, as well as the creation of a poster presentation to be displayed within the departmental area at the annual Cosmos Fair.
