Effective Implementation of Internship and Global Human Resources Education in The Japan Hotel School

The purpose of this study is to gain the informative suggestions to raise the level of work-integrated
education of the hospitality field in Japan. In order to achieve it, this paper examines the effective education
through the analysis of the system of The Japan Hotel School, one of the biggest Hospitality-related
vocational schools in Japan. Based on the analysis and interview with Mr. Tsutomu Ishizuka, the president
of the school, the author clarifies the key points of hospitality human resources education.
