2017、新人研修、6人、東京ガス都市開発株式会社の新人研修を行った。会社の目的は新人においてまずは年齢を超え、部所を超えて積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、お互いを助け合えるためのきっかけづくりをしたいとのことだった。研修では目的に沿える様な仕組みを取り入れることによって参加者の活発なコミュニケーションとサポ−トが見られるようになった。、TAP center provided the adventure program for the new fresh staff of Tokyo Gas Toshi-kaihatsu, Inc. The company gave us the aim of this workshop such as communication and support so the center created to offer the unique programs. The staff of Tokyo Gas showed the great performance to achieve their goals.
