This pre-trip and observation in Teshigkaga was for creating a new educational program for "fieldwork"; Universal Standard from TAP center. The staff of Teshikaga Seiko-jyuku helped and introduced many resources of Teshikaga. It was founded that there were the multiple and variety benefits for the new educational program.
