In this talk, I provided the motivations and background of the ELFJ-Corpus as well as our (the Kakenhi research group) research findings based on the data in the corpus. I also demonstrated key features of the ELFJ-Corpus and unique aspects of its content. I then presented suggested applications of the corpus for ELF research and ELF-informed pedagogy. I ended the talk by discussing lessons we learned along the way regarding aspects of the corpus and our future plans to refine and expand the corpus.
