現代演劇における俳優の基礎トレーニング、またはその訓練法について未だスタンダードなものが共通理解として存在しているとは言えず、またその研究も多くないと言える。演劇のジャンル、スタイルが多様化する中で、例えばバレエにおけるバーレッスンのような俳優の基礎トレーニングを確立することは可能であろうか。身体訓練や発声練習といった身体的基礎能力ではなく、俳優として求められる能力の根幹を訓練するようなトレーニング方法について、具体的な方法を考察の対象とすることで論を進めていく。
