As Chair of the Syllabus, Textbooks, and Materials Committee at CELF, I led the revision process for mandatory textbook materials for BELF courses. Based on pilot implementation, student/teacher survey feedback, and committee discussions, the committee adopted a new textbook that is more closely aligned with ELF-oriented pedagogy in 2025. This change will be implemented from the Fall semester in 2026. Through this revision, I aimed to strengthen the alignment between course materials, center-level pedagogical goals and principles, and ELF-informed classroom practice.
