Acknowledging needs for principled program conceptualization, planning, and development; 
broad educational perspectives; and associated equitable outcomes for students, the presenter
will delineate historical developments at CELF, including growing consciousness of and capacity
to transform language teaching practices to reflect ELF use, and increasing willingness to experiment 
with ELF-related pedagogy.
