The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship to the degree of progress of information capital and the performance indicators in Japanese manufacturers that entered the ASEAN market. When it is necessary to build information capital related to cost management, it is useful to adopt the contribution measures such as information capital readiness as a performance indictor for the IT department supporting the builds of information capital.
