改訂された生徒指導提要を踏まえ、人権教育を基盤とした学校経営の重要性と具体的な実践成果をＡ小学校の事例を基に考察した。結論として、人権尊重の精神を教育活動の核に据えることが、現代的な生徒指導の課題に応える有効なアプローチであるとした。
