Global Citizenship Identity Empathy Cognitive Neuroscience Formation of world citizen identity corresponding to the globalization is an important issue of international education to which contributions of cultural psychology are expected. To obtain the identity as a global citizen, it is an important indicator whether the person feels empathy for others beyond the boundaries of race and country. The aim of this study is to find the factors which contribute for expanding the range of empathy by the usage of neuroscience technique ERP.
