The psychological structure of the "confrontation of justice" was analysed. In order to attain the meta-cognitive dimension for conflict resolution, Global Citizenship Education was introduced as the educational initiative of UNESCO; in particular the developmental task to nurture perspective taking in terms of cultural value orientation was described in connection to the rapprochement of cultures.
