2017、新人研修、20人、株式会社ノバルティスフォーマの新人研修を行った。8月以降までに会社が考える望ましい社員になることを目的に必要な知識やスキルを研修の中に盛り込み参加者同士で体験し、お互いに考えてもらう機会を提供した。、TAP center provided for the new fresh staff from Novartis, Inc. The company aimed the fresh staff were going to become an advanced staff in 6 months so in this work shop the center created to offer the valuable knowledge and skills to achieve their goals.
