In-Service Teacher Development: The Role of the Orientation Meeting

The teacher orientation process can play a crucial role in teacher development and performance and can influence their attitudes towards the program itself.  The presenters will discuss lessons learned from the process of familiarising teachers with a Tamagawa University's new English as a Lingua Franca Program.
